© Warner Bros. Television |
Kevin deals with the stress of the SATs, when Paul and his friends blow the test out of proportion. Meanwhile, after Jack gets a middling review at NORCOM saying he's "competent" at performing his job, he decides after 20 years, he's had enough and leaves the company. With Norma's support, Jack takes the risk and goes into the furniture-making business with his friend and ex-NORCOM co-worker, Charlie Barrett (John Pleshette), and they meet with the owners of a furniture factory. Empowered by Jack's bravery, Kevin takes the SATs, knowing that he won't let his life be dictated by the results. Guest starring: Monty Hall of Let's Make a Deal game show, and Willie C. Carpenter as Mr. Glavin, Kevin's English comprehension teacher.
